We’re partnering with a growing firm seeking a skilled Civil Litigation Attorney to join their team in Florida. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing cases from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle a diverse caseload across civil, corporate, and commercial litigation
- Manage cases through the full lifecycle—from intake to resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda
- Conduct depositions, attend mediations, and represent clients in court
- Navigate matters involving federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Florida Bar license (required)
- 5+ years of experience as a civil trial attorney
- Strong experience in both Federal and State Court (Business Court experience a plus)
- Proven strength in legal research and writing
- Highly organized with solid technical/computer skills
- Ability to independently manage a full caseload and meet billing expectations (35+ hours/week)
- A book of business is a plus, but not required
