Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation

We are a highly accomplished New York City law firm with a focus on defense litigation. The firm is dedicated to resolving complex and contested matters in civil, construction, insurance, and real estate litigation for our clients across the state. Joining our firm will provide candidates with real-world litigation experience.

Experience and skills needed:

• Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience with a primary focus on civil litigation
• Candidates must be capable of developing and executing sophisticated litigation strategies
• Able to handle all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery management, expert development, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Licensed to practise in New York. An additional license is a big plus.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $220,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
