About the Firm:
A highly respected boutique law firm with a strong and stable litigation practice is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its growing team. The firm has built a reputation for consistent work in commercial litigation, creditors’ rights, and foreclosure matters.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a docket of commercial litigation, collections, and foreclosure matters with significant autonomy
- Lead motion practice, including dispositive motions
- Take and defend depositions; drive discovery strategy
- Handle regular court appearances and case progression
- Advise clients on litigation strategy and resolution paths
What They’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of litigation experience (commercial preferred, open to other areas)
- Strong interest in litigation and client-facing work
- Demonstrated stability in career progression
- Ability to independently manage matters in a lean team environment
- Must be based in Long Island

Salary and Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $180,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
