What You’ll Do
- Handle a variety of civil litigation matters from early case strategy through resolution
- Take and defend depositions, including parties, witnesses, and experts
- Draft and argue motions (including dispositive motions)
- Participate in mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
- Work directly with clients and adjusters to evaluate exposure and develop strategy
Who You Are
- 2–10+ years of litigation experience (insurance defense or related practice areas)
- Comfortable managing your own cases, but appreciate a collaborative team
- Strong writer with practical, business-minded judgment
- Interested in building a long-term practice—not just managing a docket
