The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 4+ years' experience in Litigation.
- Manage various litigation cases - general liability, personal injury, product liability, premises liability, construction defect, and civil litigation matters.
- Conduct all phases of discovery, encompassing written discovery and depositions of parties and experts.
- Demonstrate a process-oriented approach with the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
- Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients while delivering top-notch services to existing clients.
- Thrive in a fast-paced setting, handling client matters efficiently and meeting strict deadlines.
- Admitted to practice in the state of California.
