Job Title: Litigation Attorney / Senior Litigation Attorney

We are seeking experienced Litigation Attorneys (Personal Injury) to join a fast-paced legal team in Beverly Hills, CA. This is a full-time onsite role requiring strong plaintiff-side litigation experience.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience handling personal injury cases through the litigation phase (not just pre-litigation), including depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage plaintiff-side personal injury cases from litigation through resolution
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Prepare cases for trial and assist with courtroom proceedings
- Develop case strategies for complex and high-value claims
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case handling
Required Qualifications:
- 2–3 years (Litigation Attorney) OR 5+ years (Senior Attorney) in personal injury litigation
- Strong plaintiff-side litigation experience (mandatory)
- Experience beyond pre-litigation (must have litigation exposure)
- Proven experience in depositions and motion practice
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with catastrophic injury, wrongful death, or trucking cases
- Trial preparation and courtroom exposure
- Spanish language skills (a plus)
