Role Overview:

You will handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, negotiations, hearings, and trial preparation.

You’ll work closely with experienced litigators on complex disputes involving business conflicts, contractual claims, and other high-stakes matters.


Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of commercial litigation experience
  • 2+ years of litigation experience
  • Prior experience in one of these areas: Real Estate, Construction, Labor & Employment, Defamation, Intellectual Property, Fraud, Business & Contracts Law
  • Licensed in the state of New York


Responsibility:

  • Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including but not limited to; Real Estate, Construction, Labor & Employment, Defamation, Intellectual Property, Fraud, Business & Contracts Law
  • Manage cases from inception through trial, including pre-litigation strategy, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes in business disputes
  • Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients


Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 – $200,000. [Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.]
