My client, a top law firm, is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 3 to 15 years of experience to join their Atlanta dynamic litigation team.
This position will focus on general liability, providing a unique opportunity to handle complex cases in a collaborative and client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and motions
- Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers
- Develop litigation strategies and work closely with senior attorneys and partners
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 3 – 15 years of experience in general liability and/or transportation liability defense
- Active license/ In good standing to practice law
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
- Excellent communication and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $140k-220k base. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
