The Prelude is a next-generation private client platform redefining luxury travel and lifestyle management combining high-touch advisory with a proprietary operating system powering how service is delivered. We work with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals who expect speed, precision, and access without compromise.

This role sits at the center of that experience.


The Role

As a Lifestyle Manager, you will own a portfolio of high-value clients and act as their trusted advisor across travel, lifestyle, and access. You are not reacting to requests you are anticipating needs, shaping experiences, and executing flawlessly across multiple stakeholders.

You will operate within a fast-paced, high-performance environment where attention to detail, discretion, and taste are non-negotiable.


What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients, becoming their go-to advisor across travel and lifestyle
  • Design and deliver bespoke experiences across travel, dining, events, and global access
  • Coordinate complex, multi-party logistics with internal teams, suppliers, and partners
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively create opportunities to elevate their experience
  • Operate with speed and precision under pressure, ensuring seamless execution at all times
  • Resolve issues quickly and discreetly, maintaining absolute client confidence
  • Contribute to client growth, retention, and overall experience quality


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in luxury concierge, private client services, or high-end travel advisory
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust with demanding, high-value clients
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the luxury ecosystem (travel, hospitality, lifestyle)
  • Highly organized, detail-obsessed, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Calm under pressure with a solutions-first mindset
  • Experience using CRM or operational tools (preferred)
  • Flexible and available outside standard hours when required
