Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Retail Manager located in The Colony, TX. The Assistant Retail Manager will support daily store operations, assist in driving sales, oversee team members, and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities include managing inventory, maintaining store displays, overseeing customer service, supporting team management, and achieving sales targets. This role involves working closely with the Retail Manager to implement strategies and provide leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure excellent customer interactions and satisfaction
  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction and ability to resolve issues with professionalism
  • Proven Team Management experience, including the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams
  • Sales experience with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic retail environment
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in a retail or boutique environment is a plus
