About the Role
As District Manager, you will oversee store operations across Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Kentucky, and Ohio. You will be responsible for driving profitability throughout the district, with a focus on customer experience, business operations, product management, and talent development. In this leadership role, you will ensure the district operates smoothly and consistently achieves performance goals.
What You’ll Do
- Cultivate a customer focused environment that consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences
- Inspire, educate, and coach associates to leverage brand behaviors and create genuine customer connections
- Foster an inclusive culture where associates feel welcome, supported, and engaged
- Oversee all people management functions across the district, including recruiting, hiring, and developing diverse management level talent
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, identify opportunities, and provide guidance to store leadership
- Educate store management on marketing initiatives, product placement, lifestyle concepts, and product knowledge
- Build strong partnerships with store managers to drive performance and achieve business goals
- Ensure all stores in the district uphold the highest merchandising and operational standards
- Oversee product management directives, including execution of all pricing strategies
- Analyze business reporting and develop strategies to maximize performance
- Promote community involvement through support of company sponsored events and philanthropic initiatives
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of specialty retail experience
- Multi store management experience required
- Passion for coaching and developing talent
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Technology proficiency and solid business acumen
- Ability to travel regularly and manage time effectively across multiple store locations
