Trueline's client, a growing and highly respected professional services organization, is seeking a Legal Recruiting Coordinator to join their team in a West Coast-based hybrid capacity. This role is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional with legal industry experience to take ownership of attorney hiring efforts while helping support the continued growth of a nationally recognized organization.

What You'll Do as the Legal Recruiting Coordinator:
- Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for lateral associates and contract attorneys
- Draft and post job advertisements across multiple recruiting channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications throughout the hiring process
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, attorneys, hiring managers, and external recruiting partners
- Oversee pre-employment due diligence, including reference checks, credential verification, conflict reviews, and background screenings
- Support offer preparation, delivery, and candidate onboarding activities
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking records and recruiting metrics
- Manage contract attorney engagement processes, including onboarding coordination, timesheet tracking, and invoicing
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs
- Partner with external search firms and staffing agencies to identify qualified legal talent
Must-Haves as the Legal Recruiting Coordinator:
- 3+ years of legal recruiting, attorney recruiting, law firm recruiting, or legal staffing experience
- Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Experience coordinating complex interview processes and candidate communications
- Ability to build relationships with attorneys, candidates, and external recruiting partners
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice-to-Haves as the Legal Recruiting Coordinator:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Experience recruiting lateral associates within a law firm environment
- Familiarity with attorney onboarding, conflicts processes, or legal hiring compliance requirements
- Experience working with iCIMS or similar applicant tracking systems
- Exposure to contract attorney workforce management
