Human Resources Coordinator


Position Summary

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day Human Resources activities at the El Paso, Texas facility, ensuring compliance with Company policies and applicable U.S. employment laws.

This position serves as a key liaison between employees and management, providing support in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, training coordination, employee records management, and other operational and strategic Human Resources initiatives.

The HR Coordinator will work closely with local leadership and maintain a dotted-line reporting relationship with the Americas Strategic HR Director to support regional HR programs and organizational objectives.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and hiring process follow-up.
  • Administer and coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with Company policies and legal requirements.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related matters.
  • Support employee benefits administration and communication of Company programs.
  • Monitor attendance records, vacation balances, employee leaves, and other HR metrics.
  • Assist with the implementation and communication of Company policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Coordinate training, employee development, and performance management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports, workforce metrics, and related documentation for management.
  • Support employee relations matters, investigations, corrective actions, and disciplinary processes.
  • Assist with payroll-related activities by maintaining accurate employee information and records.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, communication activities, and Company events.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and business information.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience.
  • Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.
  • Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
