Part-Time HR Coordinator (30 Hours/Week)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our team on a part-time basis (approximately 30 hours per week). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys managing coordination, scheduling, and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and onboarding activities across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Manage and track team calendars while supporting a structured, multi-step onboarding process
- Provide administrative and coordination support to HR and internal team members
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams and new candidates to ensure a positive experience
- Assist with ongoing HR operations and support process improvements where needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional experience in coordination, administrative support, or related roles
- Proven experience scheduling across multiple individuals and international time zones
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex processes and multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn quickly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and general computer skills
