Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Silicon Valley, CA / San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our Lateral Partner Hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate will coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while collaborating closely with firm leadership, hiring managers, and external search partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the full interview process, including scheduling, interviewer communication, and preparation of interview materials.
- Prepare and maintain candidate profiles and recruitment documentation.
- Partner with leadership to track and support lateral hiring needs.
- Liaise with external search firms and manage candidate submissions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential lateral partner candidates.
- Support pre-hire and onboarding activities, including reference checks, conflict checks, state bar verification, paperwork, and start-date coordination.
- Assist with new hire orientation and integration activities.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, executive recruiting, or legal recruiting.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Experience with ATS platforms such as Workday or viRecruit is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required.
