Our client, a Chambers-ranked Am Law 200 firm, is seeking a Bankruptcy Associate (3–5 years) to join its growing practice in either Atlanta or Washington, D.C.

This is a compelling opportunity to work on sophisticated Chapter 11 matters as part of a collaborative, high-performing team. The role offers meaningful responsibility and direct involvement in complex restructurings, representing debtors and unsecured creditors’ committees in high-stakes proceedings.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of substantive bankruptcy experience in a law firm setting
  • Strong working knowledge of Chapter 11 proceedings
  • Bankruptcy court experience, including hearings and adversary matters
  • Excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing, and analytical skills


Candidates with a bankruptcy clerkship followed by litigation experience who are interested in focusing on bankruptcy will also be considered.

Compensation Range:

$225,000 - $275,000++ DOE
