The Role

  • Creditors’ committee and creditors’ rights representation
  • Commercial Chapter 7, 11, and 13 matters
  • Hands-on litigation within bankruptcy proceedings
  • Exposure to workouts, restructures, and judgment enforcement
  • Direct partner mentorship in a specialized niche practice
