A well-established law firm is seeking an entry-level Bankruptcy Associate Attorney to join its Dallas office. With a strong national presence and a focus on creditors’ rights, foreclosure, and bankruptcy litigation, the firm provides a fast-paced and supportive environment where attorneys can develop core legal skills early in their careers.
This opportunity is ideal for a Litigation Associate Attorney or Civil Litigation Associate looking to build expertise in bankruptcy law while advancing within a partner-track position. Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff on bankruptcy procedures and filing requirements
• Provide loan-level recommendations ensuring compliance with federal bankruptcy laws and local rules
• Review bankruptcy filings, including proofs of claim and payment notices
• Draft pleadings, motions, objections, orders, memoranda, and correspondence
• Attend hearings, settlement conferences, and court proceedings
• Communicate case updates to clients via phone, email, and internal systems
• Manage high-volume caseloads while maintaining accuracy and compliance
• Respond promptly to stakeholder communications and escalate issues when necessary

Qualifications
• 0–2 years of experience as a Litigation Associate Attorney or entry-level attorney
• Admission to any U.S. state bar (State Bar required)
• Strong interest in bankruptcy and creditors’ rights law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Self-starter with initiative and attention to detail

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
