Investment Coordinator

A leading, multi-strategy hedge fund is seeking a highly organized and proactive Investment Coordinator to support a team of Senior Portfolio Managers. This is a high-impact role offering direct exposure to the investment process and close partnership with senior professionals in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

The Opportunity

• Partner with Portfolio Managers and analysts to support day-to-day investment operations, administrative needs, and research coordination
• Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including detailed, multi-leg itineraries
• Manage corporate access logistics, including investor meetings, site visits, conferences, and roadshows
• Serve as a key liaison between investment professionals, sell-side counterparts, and corporate management teams
• Organize, maintain, and distribute research materials, notes, and market data
• Maintain internal databases, CRM systems, and research tracking tools
• Ensure adherence to internal compliance policies related to corporate access and information management
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree required with a strong academic track record
• 3+ years of experience in finance, investment management, consulting, or a similarly rigorous environment
• Demonstrated interest in public equities and financial markets
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, discreet, and sound judgment in handling sensitive information
• Comfortable working directly with senior investment professionals
• Calm, solutions-oriented, and resourceful under pressure
• Team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
