ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a sharp, organized, and driven Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our Miami team. This is not a background role. You will be at the center of a fast-moving operation, responsible for receiving, scanning, organizing, consolidating, and preparing shipments for dispatch across the Caribbean.

 

Our Miami warehouse is the operational heartbeat of ShipSmart. Every shipment, customer experience, and island delivery begins here. The quality, accuracy, and efficiency of your work directly impact customers, island agents, and the overall success of the business.

 

This role is for someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, pays close attention to detail, and understands that every package they handle belongs to a real person waiting on an island. Every shipment represents someone's purchase, investment, business inventory, personal item, or gift, and should be treated with the care, urgency, and attention it deserves.

 

We are looking for someone who is naturally curious, solutions-oriented, and proactive. You do not simply identify problems—you investigate them, help solve them, and work to prevent them from happening again. If you are the kind of person who notices when something is out of place, takes pride in accuracy, and works methodically to ensure nothing falls through the cracks, this role is for you.

A missed scan, incorrect label, or overlooked package can directly impact a customer's experience. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of getting the small things right every time.


WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Receive, scan, sort, and process inbound packages, keeping every shipment moving from arrival to dispatch without delay.
  • Set up shipments in the ShipSmart platform, manage documentation, and ensure every record is accurate before anything leaves the building.
  • Coordinate with the operations team on shipment details, flag issues early, and keep island agents and corporate stakeholders informed.
  • Investigate package discrepancies, locate missing items, and log all activity in real time.
  • Support keeping the warehouse running at the standard the business requires, rganized, accountable, and always one step ahead.

You hold a valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record and are comfortable operating a company vehicle when required.


Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, hospitality, or operations is an advantage, but not a requirement. What matters most is your work ethic, attention to detail, integrity, problem-solving ability, and desire to contribute to a growing business.
