Qualifications:
- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields.
- Must have 2 years of related experience.
- Inventory control
- Maintain shipping and receiving dock schedules.
- Scheduling and coordinating inbound and outbound appointments with vendors and the supply chain team.
- Directing carrier drivers upon arrival at the Shipping & Receiving office to ensure smooth dock operations.
- Coordinating the movement and storage of incoming components and raw materials.
- Managing inventory receiving activities, including documentation accuracy and proper labeling.
- Overseeing and assisting with the transfer of finished goods throughout the supply chain network.
- Supporting the return‑to‑stock process for raw materials and components.
- Supervising shipping operation, ensuring process is efficient.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Systems (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or other related field.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
