Randstad, in partnership with our client, is seeking a dedicated (Contract) Associate I, Logistics to join a state-of-the-art warehouse and manufacturing facility in Norwood, MA.

Quick Facts & Key Information:

  • Location: Norwood, MA (100% On-Site)
  • Pay Rate: Up to $33.00/hour
  • Schedule: 12-Hour Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
  • Contract Length: 6 Months (Temporary)
  • Target Start Date: June 29, 2026
  • Experience Needed: High School Diploma/GED + 2 years of Warehouse/Shipping experience (Pharmaceutical or highly regulated industry experience preferred)


About the Role:

Reporting to the Norwood Supply Chain Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our warehouse operations. As our client expands production capacities and advances vital clinical trials, you will play a crucial role in handling an increase in logistical requirements. From receiving and storage to picking and shipping preparation, you will ensure everything moves seamlessly so we can deliver essential products to clinical testing sites and, ultimately, patients in need.


Here’s What You’ll Do:

  • Support the Team: Complete picking and verifications of orders within the warehouse to support our manufacturing groups.
  • Keep Things Moving: Process returned materials back into the SAP EWM stock and coordinate deliveries to internal customers.
  • Stay Organized: Complete SAP transactions and daily cycle counts with supportive oversight.
  • Ensure Safety & Quality: Handle materials safely, complete wipe-down activities for materials entering manufacturing suites, and label inbound stock according to procedures.
  • Be a Collaborator: Transport materials and supplies accurately while practicing safe work habits and adhering to top-tier safety guidelines.


Here’s What You’ll Need (Basic Qualifications):

  • High School diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience in Warehouse Operations and Shipping (BS/BA Degree is a plus!).
  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry (Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or a related field is highly preferred).
  • Familiarity with SAP systems (preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Ability to lift and move products, and a willingness to work overtime when required.
