About the Role

WelcomeHome is uniquely positioned to derive and deliver data and insights to the customers we serve in the senior care space. Industry performance and trends, case studies, data on sales optimization and best practices, and system utilization support our customers in making the strategic decisions that drive sales success.

We have built the foundation for industry leading insights and reporting for our Senior Living product, and are now expanding our focus to support our Home Care product and customers. We are excited to bring the same data excellence, through benchmarking reports, case studies, and data-backed training to home care.

Reporting to the Manager of Data & Analytics, the Home Care Insights Analyst will be the first analyst fully dedicated to driving data & insights to support Home Care. You'll drive sales support through case studies and bite-sized insights, partner with Customer Success on data-backed best practices, and contribute best in class benchmark reports to Senior Care Insights, WelcomeHome's data business.

This role is hybrid, based out of our Atlanta HQ. Onboarding is fully in person for the initial ~3-6 months, at the discretion of your supervisor.

The Responsibilities:

1. Develop a deep familiarity with the Home Care CRM and data architecture to advise on setup for industry benchmarking tables
2. Maintain a deep understanding of the Home Care Industry to inform judgement on industry report development
3. Partner closely with WelcomeHome’s CX team to develop data backed CRM best practices collateral to share with clients
4. Scope, execute analysis, author and launch benchmark reports for Home Care
5. Work directly with our survey team to author, launch and analyze survey data to support benchmarks
6. Consistently analyze customer data to develop bite-sized and case study insights to support sales and marketing
7. Act as the ‘face of the HC industry’ and become a trusted thought leader through webinars, industry presentations to our customers and cross functional teams
8. Shape the future of WelcomeHome’s data subscription business by supporting the development of core data products for Home Care

A great candidate might have:

• 1-2 years of experience driving data-based projects with SQL and python in a professional environment. Recent graduates with demonstrated experience in SQL or python in internships, or post graduate degrees in data science or other analytical fields may also be considered.
• Strong appetite for discerning AI adoption as part of core workflows
• Demonstrated experience owning and completing data analysis and strategic presentation, including scoping, data collection, data cleaning, data analysis, visualization and presentation and communication
• Ability to manage multiple internal and customer stakeholders to deliver work, and work efficiently against deadlines
• Appetite for driving and participating in presentations across multiple customer stakeholders
• Demonstrated proficiency producing reports and dashboards, leveraging SQL and Python to scale data prep and PowerBI or Tableau for creating visualizations is a plus
• Experience working with or in the Senior Living or Home Care Industries or with CRM software is plus
• A strong lean towards team and collaboration, and a heart for mission-centered work
