Overview
Our global transportation technology client is seeking a data-driven Marketing Analytics professional to drive performance optimization, ROI, and strategic growth across acquisition, retention, and brand marketing. This role partners cross-functionally to translate complex data into actionable insights that scale marketing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze user-level data to uncover behavior insights and inform marketing strategy and optimization
- Define KPIs and measurement frameworks; evaluate campaign and channel performance across full funnel
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to assess marketing impact on business outcomes
- Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., Tableau) to track performance against targets, forecasts, and historical trends
- Partner with Marketing, Finance, Strategy, Operations, and AdTech teams on planning, prioritization, and reporting
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership to guide decision-making
- Leverage tools like Salesforce to manage and scale analytics workflows
- Identify opportunities for predictive modeling to forecast growth and user trends
Core Qualifications
- Strong experience in marketing analytics, performance measurement, and ROI optimization
- Proficiency in Salesforce and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or similar)
- Expertise in statistical testing (A/B, multivariate) and data analysis methodologies
- Ability to translate data into strategic insights and influence business decisions
- Understanding of full-funnel marketing (acquisition, retention, brand; online and offline)
- Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, high-visibility environments
Additional Details
- Preferred location: San Francisco or East Coast (near office); 1 day/week in-office
- Must be comfortable managing fluctuating workloads and high-pressure, high-visibility projects
- Experience navigating complex organizational structures (e.g., FTE vs. external workforce) is a plus
