About the Role

We are a modern, growing law firm seeking an Arizona-licensed Immigration Attorney to join our Phoenix office. This position focuses primarily on business and employment-based immigration matters and offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, client-focused environment while contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

The successful candidate will manage a caseload of employment-based immigration matters, work directly with clients, and collaborate closely with attorneys and support staff. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload focused primarily on business and employment-based immigration matters
• Prepare, review, and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation
• Advise clients on immigration strategies, timelines, and case developments
• Conduct legal research and draft legal filings, correspondence, and supporting documents
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to ensure efficient case management
• Maintain high standards of organization, accuracy, and client service
• Monitor changes in immigration laws, regulations, and policies

Must-Have Qualifications

• Active Arizona Bar license in good standing
• Experience handling business and employment-based immigration matters
• Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws, regulations, and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience communicating directly with clients and managing client relationships
• Ability to work effectively in an in-office environment in Phoenix, Arizona
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound legal judgment
• Commitment to providing outstanding client service
