Practice Areas
The attorney will work on employment-based immigration matters including:
- EB-1 Extraordinary Ability petitions
- EB-2 National Interest Waivers
- PERM and EB-3 petitions
- O-1 Extraordinary Ability visas
- L-1 Intracompany Transfers
- E-2 Treaty Investor visas
Responsibilities
- Draft and supervise preparation of employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant petitions
- Prepare legal briefs and adjudication letters for EB-1 and EB-2 NIW cases
- Draft responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs)
- Conduct client consultations and immigration strategy sessions in Spanish
- Supervise case preparation with paralegals and case managers
- Maintain direct client relationships and oversee case progress
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state
- 3–5 years of experience in employment-based immigration law
- Strong experience preparing EB-1, EB-2 NIW, O-1, L-1, or E-2 petitions
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Excellent legal drafting and client communication skills
