Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior Immigration Attorney to join our team in Dallas, TX. This on-site role will involve managing a variety of immigration cases (primarily family-based, humanitarian, and removal), conducting client consultations (training will be provided), preparing and filing applications and petitions, reviewing junior associates' court filings, representing clients at EOIR hearings and USCIS interviews, and providing strategic guidance on immigration matters. The attorney will work closely with clients to assess their individual needs, maintain client relationships, and ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.


Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Immigration Law, including handling complex immigration issues and legal interpretations
  • Experience with Family-based cases/Immigrant Visas (e.g., Adjustment of Status and Consular Processing)
  • Experience with removal defense matters before the U.S. Immigration Courts (e.g., Cancellation of Removal, Adjustment of Status, Asylum, etc.)
  • Experience with humanitarian cases (e.g., VAWA, USCIS, SIJS, etc.)
  • Experience with bond matters before the U.S. Immigration Courts
  • Proficiency in advising clients on immigration issues and developing strategic legal solutions
  • Deep understanding of Immigration Law procedures and relevant legal matters
  • Strong communication, research, and writing skills
  • Membership in good standing with a state bar association
  • At least 5+ years of direct experience practicing immigration law
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
