Position Available 

We are seeking a Legal Assistant to support attorneys in our corporate, private wealth, and international estate planning practices. This position offers exposure to cross-border transactional work, client-facing responsibilities, and opportunities for long-term professional development within an established, collaborative firm.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support including opening and maintaining new client files, processing invoices and expenses, coordinating mail and courier services, scheduling meetings, and handling day-to-day office operations.
  2. Communicate with international clients (primarily in Spanish) to ensure timely completion of projects and document requests.
  3. Assist senior paralegal in the formation and annual maintenance of domestic and foreign legal entities.
  4. Provide administrative and transactional support to attorneys and paralegals, including document preparation, correspondence drafting, and logistical coordination.
  5. Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems, attorney calendars, and workflow tracking systems consistent with firm protocols; assist with billing coordination, time entry support, and records management.
  6. Support firm initiatives and client service projects with professionalism, responsiveness, and discretion. 

 

Qualifications

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish a must.
  2. Prior experience in a law firm, corporate office, or professional services environment preferred.
  3. Bachelor's degree required.
  4. Strong organizatation skills; ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
