A well-established, highly respected plaintiff-side personal injury firm is seeking a PI Legal Assistant to join its Dallas office. This firm is known for handling complex, high-value cases and offers a stable, growth-oriented environment with direct exposure to experienced trial attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys in plaintiff-side personal injury matters
• Manage case files from intake through resolution
• Draft and prepare legal documents and correspondence
• Assist with trial preparation and case strategy support
• Communicate with clients, experts, and internal teams

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of plaintiff PI experience (required)
• Experience working in a litigation-focused environment
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Paralegal experience will also be considered

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 – $90,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
