Immigration Attorney

ZMK Law, PLLC is a boutique immigration law firm based in New York, serving clients from all across the U.S.

We are looking for an Associate Attorney to join our beautiful team. This is a hybrid position: 1–2 days per week in our Long Island location, with the remainder remote.

What This Role Looks Like:

• Manage different types of family-based & humanitarian immigration matters
• Draft legal briefs, declarations and motions
• Coordinate with paralegals when assembling case packages
• Handle physical case submissions by mail
• Attend court hearings and USCIS interviews
• Communicate directly with clients and guide them through complex processes
• Identify issues proactively and address them early

What We Are Looking For:

• New York-licensed attorney with 2–3 years of immigration experience
• Strong organizational and writing skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload without losing structure
• Kind, professional, and confident communication with clients
• High level of ownership, accountability, and reliability
• Comfortable working in a modern, fast-paced law firm environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel) and comfort working in a technology-driven, paper/digital hybrid environment
