Immigration Attorney – Nashville, TN

Starting Pay: $70,000 - $80,000

Position Type: Full-Time, In-Person

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Immigration Attorney to join our legal team in Nashville, Tennessee. This is a full-time, in-person position ideal for an attorney with 0 to 2 years of experience in immigration law, including family-based immigration, removal defense, asylum, and related proceedings.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in immigration court and before USCIS
  • Prepare and file petitions, waivers, motions, and briefs
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
  • Provide direct legal counsel to clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in any U.S. state (Tennessee preferred)
  • 0–2 years of experience in immigration law required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Compensation:

  • Starting salary is $70,000- $80,000 with potential adjustments based on experience and qualifications. Competitive benefits package available.
