We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Immigration Attorney to join our legal team in Nashville, Tennessee. This is a full-time, in-person position ideal for an attorney with 0 to 2 years of experience in immigration law, including family-based immigration, removal defense, asylum, and related proceedings.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in immigration court and before USCIS
- Prepare and file petitions, waivers, motions, and briefs
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Provide direct legal counsel to clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in any U.S. state (Tennessee preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience in immigration law required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Compensation:
- Starting salary is $70,000- $80,000 with potential adjustments based on experience and qualifications. Competitive benefits package available.
