Role Description
To better service our clients’ needs, we are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented and self-motivated associate with 4 to 10 years of solid commercial litigation, corporate governance and transactional experience. This position involves responsibility for all aspects of file handling, including analysis, issue spotting, client communication, discovery, deposition, motion practice, and written and oral arguments. This is an opportunity to help us service our existing clients, to help us grow our business law practice, and to grow your career at our firm. Salary is commensurate with experience.
