Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily residential and commercial HVAC operations. This role is responsible for managing field teams, coordinating service delivery, optimizing operational performance, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid background in HVAC operations, and a proven ability to improve processes and drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all residential and commercial HVAC service, maintenance, and installation operations.
• Manage and support HVAC technicians, installers, dispatch personnel, and administrative staff.
• Coordinate scheduling, resource allocation, and workload distribution to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and implement process improvements.
• Ensure projects and service calls are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and issue resolution.
• Develop, implement, and maintain operational procedures and best practices.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve operational goals, profitability targets, and business growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in HVAC operations management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of HVAC service, maintenance, installation, and dispatch operations.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and customer relationship management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with scheduling, dispatch, and service management software.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing both residential and commercial HVAC operations.
• Knowledge of HVAC industry regulations, codes, and safety standards.
• Experience implementing operational improvements and scaling service operations.
• HVAC certifications or related industry credentials.

Education & Experience

• Certification, technical training, or equivalent HVAC industry experience preferred.
• Management and leadership experience strongly preferred.
