Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Service Manager / Operations Manager with strong residential HVAC experience who can lead technicians, oversee day-to-day operations, assist with estimating and sales, and help scale the business operationally.
This role is ideal for someone who has successfully helped grow a smaller residential HVAC business and understands both the field and leadership side of the operation.
The right candidate must be able to earn technician respect through real industry experience while also implementing structure, accountability, and scalable processes.

• Base Salary: $80,000 – $110,000
• Typical target range around $90K–$100K
• Profit sharing opportunity:
5%–7.5% initially

The compensation for this position is expected to range between $80,000 - $110,000 per year. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law.
