Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager in New Orleans to oversee all HR functions for a growing, driver-focused waste management operation. This hands-on role will lead recruiting, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, performance management, and workforce development, with a strong emphasis on supporting CDL drivers and field personnel. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of HR experience and a background in waste management, transportation, logistics, trucking, construction, or a similar operational environment.
