Human Resources Manager

Top Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Manager for our client located in the Borough Park area of Brooklyn, NY. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity for a bilingual HR professional with strong experience in payroll, recruiting, and HR operations within a service-based environment.

Position: Bilingual HR Manager (Spanish)

Schedule:

Monday–Friday

9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Onsite – 5 days per week

Salary:

$70,000–$75,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process payroll accurately and efficiently
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee support initiatives
• Maintain HR records, policies, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Ensure understanding and adherence to prevailing wage requirements
• Support compliance activities, including insurance and workers’ compensation audits
• Handle employee relations matters and support day-to-day HR operations
• Partner with leadership on staffing strategies and workforce planning initiatives

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)
• Minimum of 2 years of HR experience
• Payroll processing experience required
• Knowledge of prevailing wage regulations required
• Recruiting experience required
• Experience within a service-based industry preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
