In this highly visible role, you’ll support day-to-day HR operations across the business, playing a key role in ensuring employees receive exceptional support. You’ll oversee benefits and 401(k) administration, onboarding activities, HR documentation, invoicing, and policy administration while assisting with ongoing HR initiatives, process improvements, and compliance activities.


This role would suit an HR Generalist, HR Administrator, or HR Coordinator from a manufacturing background, looking for a stable role offering training, progression, and long-term career development.


The Role:

  • Support HR operations including onboarding, benefits & 401(k) administration, and employee support activities.
  • Assist with HR processes, procedures, invoicing, compliance documentation, and departmental administration.
  • Support payroll coordination, HR systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.


The Candidate:

  • HR administration, HR generalist, or employee benefits experience.
  • Experience with HRIS/ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
