Core Responsibilities


  • Strategy & Expansion: Support global geo-expansion and transformation initiatives by building scalable frameworks, defining business cases, and ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
  • Program Management: Drive operational readiness across HR, Legal, Payroll, and IT; track milestones, manage risks, and facilitate cross-functional alignment meetings.
  • Data & Insights: Develop KPIs and dashboards to track expansion success; provide senior stakeholders with forecasting, impact analysis, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Process Optimization: Identify scalability gaps and implement automated solutions, standardized tools, and process improvements to enhance global efficiency.
  • Stakeholder & Governance: Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring all programs adhere to compliance, risk management, and established governance frameworks.

Qualifications & Skills


  • Experience: 2–5 years in Business Ops, Strategy, or Consulting, with a focus on global expansion or enterprise transformation (HR/Payroll/Legal exposure preferred).
  • Technical Tools: Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Data Visualization; experience with Workday is a plus.
  • Analysis: Strong ability to interpret complex data, conduct scenario planning, and manage reporting for senior executives.
  • Execution: A results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage high-volume dependencies in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
