Job Title: Investment Transactions Operations Analyst
Contract Length: 6+ Month contract
On Site Work
Location: Chicago, IL 60606
Pay: 33 per hr on W2
Seeking a detail-oriented Asset Management Operations Analyst to support Alternative Investment Client Services and Administrator Oversight functions. This role works closely with fund administrators, portfolio managers, and internal teams to coordinate service-related activities and ensure accurate processing and reporting of fund transactions.
The position focuses on overseeing investor transactions, maintaining operational controls, supporting vendor relationships, and improving processes to enhance overall client service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee investor transactions in private equity or hedge fund vehicles to ensure accurate trade-flow reporting to portfolio managers
- Evaluate trade waivers and correction requests from internal teams
- Oversee facilitation of investor trade settlement processes
- Support oversight of vendor relationships, including fund administrators and transfer agents
- Coordinate resolution of product servicing issues and operational errors
- Implement process improvements and operational enhancements
- Strengthen internal controls over accounting and operational processes
- Improve collection, maintenance, and distribution of product data attributes
- Lead or support ad hoc projects within the operations and client services team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree

- Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in financial services
- Familiarity with alternative investments (private equity, hedge funds)
