Investment Operations Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Multi-Asset Trade Operations Analyst to support the full investment lifecycle, including trade settlement, corporate actions, proxy events, tax services, and reconciliation across multiple asset classes. This role is critical in ensuring accuracy, minimizing risk, and supporting overall investment operations.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE:

• Trade settlement (DTC/DTCC)
• Reconciliation & break resolution
• Corporate actions lifecycle
• Experience with custodians or broker-dealers

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate actions from announcement through settlement
• Coordinate proxy voting and ensure compliance with governance requirements
• Support tax processing, reclaims, and documentation
• Oversee trade confirmation, settlement, and FX transactions
• Perform reconciliations between internal systems and custodians
• Support fixed income lifecycle events (accruals, maturities, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of investment operations, trade support, or financial analysis experience preferred
• Knowledge of post-trade lifecycle, settlement, and asset servicing
• Experience with systems such as Bloomberg, SWIFT, or DTCC is a plus
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills required
