Title- HR Administrator (Benefits Administrator)

Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)

Location: Casa Grand, AZ(100% onsite)

Rate: $35/hr. on W2(without benefits)

Must be comfortable with both schedule


Schedule:

o Person 1: 7:00am to 3:30pm (8 hours of work)

o Person 2: 11:30am to 7:00pm (8 hours of work)

Requirements:

· Years of Experience Required: 2 overall years of experience in the field.

· Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's degree is required to be eligible for this role.

· Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain -

○ Excellent organizational and time management skills.

○ Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

○ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

○ Capable of working independently and collaboratively.


Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines and quality of work.


Top 3 Skills Required + Years of Experience

1. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

2. Minimum 2 years experience with U.S. benefits administration.

3. Minimum 2 years Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ticketing systems.
