Job Title: General Production Worker - Swing

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual seeking to establish a career in the aerospace industry. The role involves packaging and wrapping finished aerospace products, while also providing support in other areas as needed. Successful candidates will have the chance for long-term employment in anodizing, plating, or masking.

Responsibilities

• Package and wrap finished aerospace products.
• Cross-train in packaging and masking parts.
• Assist with various tasks within the facility as needed.
• Participate in shop duties outside the warehouse, such as cleanup.
• Operate machinery as required.

Essential Skills

• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Experience in a fast-paced production facility.
• Machine operator experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Team player attitude.

Work Environment

The facility is located in Kent, Washington, and is part of a subsidiary known for specialized metal finishing services. It offers a spacious modern plating environment with a full range of processing capabilities, including mechanical processes, aluminum processing, electrolytic plating, coatings, and non-destructive testing. The company is committed to continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing, providing a stable and growth-oriented work environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kent, WA.

The pay range for this position is $19.30 - $19.30/hr.
