We’re growing! FFG, a specialized LTL seafood transportation company, is currently seeking a Driver Manager with experience in seafood logistics to join our team.

About the Role:
As our Driver Manager, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our refrigerated freight moving efficiently and on time. We’re looking for someone who understands the urgency and sensitivity of seafood hauling, and can effectively manage routes, schedules, and driver performance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a fleet of professional drivers hauling refrigerated LTL seafood loads
- Monitor driver schedules, hours of service (HOS), and delivery timelines
- Communicate with customers and dispatch to ensure high service levels
- Solve day-to-day logistics and routing challenges
- Support compliance with DOT, food safety, and company policies
- Develop trust and strong working relationships with drivers and customers
Requirements:
- Experience in seafood logistics or sales
- Previous experience in a Driver Manager, Dispatcher, or Fleet Supervisor role
- Strong understanding of LTL operations and cold chain management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a time-sensitive, team-oriented environment
