Role Description

We are seeking a Freight Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role based in Nashville, TN. The Freight Coordinator will be responsible for managing freight operations, overseeing import and export processes, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include tracking and managing shipments, resolving logistical issues, and coordinating communication among various stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Effective Communication and strong Customer Service skills to interact with clients and resolve issues efficiently
• Knowledge of Freight management and logistics operations
• Understanding Truckload Freight
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Previous experience in logistics or transportation is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or studies in logistics are a plus
