Import Export Coordinator

This role supports compliance for importing and exporting products, ensuring all activities meet international trade regulations. It involves working closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to manage shipments, documentation, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process import/export documents (invoices, bills of lading, packing lists
• Ensure compliance with trade laws and regulation
• Coordinate shipments and monitor delivery timelines
• Resolve shipping issues and delays
• Maintain accurate records and provide updates to internal teams
• Handle inquiries from authorities and partners
• Classify products correctly (valuation, origin)
• Conduct due diligence and screening checks
• Support reports and compliance activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (supply chain, international business, or related)
• Experience in import/export compliance
• Knowledge of trade regulations, customs procedures, and ERP systems
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
