We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Facilities Coordinator to bridge the gap between Finance and Facilities & Site Services (F&SS). In this role, you will provide critical financial support to our Site Services, Security, and SHE Teams while driving continuous improvement and ensuring audit readiness. 💡 What You’ll Be Doing: • Managing end-to-end purchase orders and maintaining financial expense reports to ensure annual budget compliance.
• Supporting month-end financial processes, including accruals and resource allocation.
• Facilitating critical site payments, including Marana campus property taxes, Oro Valley HOA, and lease payments in partnership with Legal.
• Utilizing ERP systems (SAP) and Google Workspace to organize F&SS information and streamline communications.
• Navigating both strategic financial analysis and operational tasks (like new hire IT/Security requests and supply management) in a fast-paced environment.
🎯 What You Bring to the Table:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Management.
• Experience: 3–5 years in cost control, project management, or financial analysis (backgrounds in Construction, Oil & Gas, or Manufacturing are a huge plus!).
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced spreadsheet skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros).
• Analytical Mindset: The ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
• Communication: Strong presentation skills with a knack for explaining financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
