his role supports large-scale store development and facilities operations through high-volume data management, purchase order coordination, and system administration. Rather than a traditional facilities role, this position is highly data-driven — focused on maintaining accurate procurement data, supporting vendor workflows, and ensuring operational efficiency across enterprise systems.

You’ll play a key role in supporting Worldwide Retail Growth & Development (WWRGD), helping ensure the accuracy and integrity of data that drives store builds and operational decisions across the organization.

What You’ll Do

You will support daily procurement and facilities coordination activities, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and efficient workflow execution across multiple platforms.

Data Management & System Administration (Major Focus)

• Perform high-volume data entry and validation across systems such as Coupa, Workday, and Procore

• Create and maintain purchase order data for store development projects

• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in accordance with established policies

• Conduct audits and real-time monitoring to identify and resolve discrepancies (budgets, account codes, invoicing)

• Support scalable workflows and data processes to accommodate business growth

• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve data entry, validation, and reporting efficiency

Vendor & Stakeholder Support

• Partner with procurement teams to resolve vendor and data-related issues

• Support vendor onboarding accuracy and documentation

• Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing guidance on systems and processes

• Follow up on outstanding requests, approvals, and missing data

Analysis & Reporting

• Research and resolve moderately complex data integrity and reporting issues

• Support reporting needs and contribute to process improvements

• Ensure accurate, timely data to support operational and budgetary decisions

Experience / Qualifications

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-heavy environment with multiple systems and stakeholders.

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 1–2+ years of experience in data entry, procurement support, facilities coordination, or related field

• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Experience working with enterprise systems (Coupa, Workday, Procore) is a strong plus

• Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies and perform basic business math

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred

• Experience in facilities, construction, store development, or procurement environments

• Familiarity with vendor management and procurement workflows

• Experience with reporting or data visualization tools

• Exposure to AI/automation tools for data processing

• Understanding of budget coding or financial systems
