Job Summary:
This is a full-time, on-site Controller role located in Lake Mary, FL. The Controller will oversee financial operations to ensure compliance and efficiency while managing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, maintaining accounting records, implementing internal controls, and supporting leadership in making strategic financial decisions. The Controller will provide oversight of revenue recognition compliance and collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
· Strong background in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting
· Experience with Accounting Standards, Internal Controls, and Audit Processes
· Proficiency in Financial Software, ERP systems, and Data Analysis
· Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
· Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work with cross-functional teams
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent designation preferred
· Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors is an asset.
