Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Financial Controller, based in Houston, TX. The Financial Controller will oversee and be hands on with running day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance, and driving strategic financial planning. Daily responsibilities include preparing payroll, financial statements, analyzing financial data, insurance and compliance functions, Balance sheet accuracies, Journal Entries, updating assets, process quarterly taxes, sales taxes, Workers Comp reporting, Year end processes (W-2, 1099), assist Auditor, A/P ACH processing, coordinating with external CPA, responsible for the company's closing monthly books and records, and working closely with the Financial Auditor, CEO, COO, and CDOO.
