About the Role
Seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee daily facility operations, vendor relationships, and maintenance activities to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facility operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.
- Manage building maintenance, preventative maintenance programs, and facility improvement projects.
- Coordinate vendor, contractor, and service provider relationships, including contracts, quotes, and invoicing.
- Support office moves, security systems, and facility-related operational needs.
- Respond to facility emergencies and utilize CMMS/BMS systems to track maintenance activities and work orders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management (or related field), Facilities Certificate, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of facilities management experience, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
- Experience managing facility operations, vendors, contractors, and maintenance programs.
- Proficiency with BMS, CMMS, or similar facility management software (Blue Mountain CMMS preferred).
- Experience with operational systems software such as BMS or CMMS.
Compensation (MA Pay Transparency)
• $30–$35/hr (W-2).
Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
